The Williamson County Health Department employs one dentist and one dental assistant to provide pediatric dental care including: exams, cleaning, sealants and fillings to uninsured children and those covered under TennCare (under the age of 21). Adults with no dental insurance are only seen in cases of emergency and a limited number of adult emergency appointments available daily. Adults who wish to be seen should call at 8:00 A.M. to be seen by the dentist. No walk-ins, please. Fees for services are available on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income.
If you or your child is a new patient or have not updated your health history in more than one year, please print and complete the Dental Health History questionnaire (English; Spanish) and bring it to your appointment along with a list of any medications you or your child is taking.
