The Public Safety Center has meeting spaces available to public safety organizations.
Due to the emergency response function of our facility, safety organizations such as EMA, EMS, Sheriff’s Office, TEMA, etc., are given priority for reservations when necessary. Additionally, reservations for rooms may be cancelled with little or no notice depending on circumstances occurring within our community (weather, disaster relief, etc.).

The following meeting rooms are available for use Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on a first come-first served basis (exceptions noted above):
EOC (Emergency Operations Center)
Capacity: Approx. 100 people
State of the art audio-visual capabilities with a large video wall and smaller monitors for up to 9 individual video feeds
Break Out Rooms
4 break out rooms surrounding our EOC
Capacity: Up to 10 people
Excellent for break-out sessions for those utilizing our EOC
Equipped with 2 monitors for presentations
Capacity: Up to 30 people
A large screen and other monitors provide audio-visual support in each room
Media Briefing Room
Capacity: 16 people
2 monitors are available for your audio-visual needs.
Policy Conference Room
Capacity: Approx. 12 people with auxiliary seating for 8 additional attendees
Audio-visual capabilities provide for unlimited attendees via WebEx
