The Tennessee Division of Forestry requires burn permits starting October 15th and running through May 15th.  Visit the Division of Forestry website to register for a burn permit or  call the Tennessee Division of Forestry for a burning permit. The number is 877-350-2876.  

Once you obtain a burn permit please call our dispatch center at 615-791-6200 to notify them of when you will be burning and the address you will be burning at.  Outdoor burning that is not registered or without a permit may be extinguished by fire personnel.
