EMA and the County Highway department are working on a debris removal plan. The county does plan to collect tree debris placed in the public right-of-way along the roadside; however, due to the anticipated volume, this process may take some time. Residents who prefer faster removal may choose to haul debris directly to the landfill or pay a contractor to do so.
In addition, we are collecting reports of storm-related damage to better understand which areas were affected by this winter storm and to support local and state damage assessments.
