VEHICLE REGISTRATION RENEWAL 24/7 (RENEWALS ONLY)

The kiosk only processes renewals and payment can only be made by credit or debit card. You must scan your registration or your renewal notice. Hybrid/Electric Fee

Public Chapter 159 became effective January 1, 2024 and requires the increase in fees for EV vehicles at the time of renewal to $200 and also charges a $100 fee to renew hybrid vehicles.  The vehicle’s status of “hybrid” or “electric” is determined by the VIN number and the additional fee cannot be changed/removed by the County Clerk’s office.

 Kiosks: Renewal Kiosks are available at the following Rec Centers; Brentwood, Fairview,  Franklin, Nolensville and Longview and the lobby of The Administrative Office Complex (AOC) . Please check with centers regarding their hours of  operation.


   Any renewal past 90 days must be done in the office or by mail.



Responsibilities & Services
