Vaccine hours changing effective

Monkeypox and COVID-19 vaccines are available Monday – Friday at the Franklin Clinic.  Monkeypox vaccines are available from 8:30 – 10:30am and COVID-19 vaccines (including bivalent boosters) are available 1:30 – 3:30pm.  No appointment is required, and you do not have to be a Williamson County resident to receive either vaccine.


For more information about the new updated COVID-19 boosters, please read the CDC and FDA updates or check with your local provider.


COVID-19 testing is available by appointment only on Tuesdays from 3:00 – 4:00p.  To schedule an appointment, please call the Franklin Clinic at (615) 465-5318.  FREE self-test kits are available during the health department’s normal business hours at both Franklin and Fairview Clinic locations.


Are you new to Williamson County and need your child’s immunization information transferred for enrollment into daycare, preschool or school? Please click here, complete the demographic information requested, and attach your child’s immunization information in PDF format. A separate demographic form will be required for each child you wish to have records transferred.
