The Williamson County Health Department employs a dentist and dental assistance to provide adult and pediatric dental care including exams, cleanings, sealants, extractions and fillings for uninsured adults and children and those covered under TennCare. Fees for services are available on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income.
If you or your child is a new patient or have not updated your health history in more than one year, please print and complete the Dental Health History questionnaire (English; Spanish) and bring it to your appointment along with a list of any medications you or your child is taking.
